SLOW TRAVEL IN ITALY
Our Reason
A counter movement of slow travel is gaining momentum, leaving the fast pace behind. Just as “slow food” advocates for a more immersive cooking and eating experience, “slow travel” champions an immersive rhythm of touring that feels more like a lifestyle. We create itineraries that savor timelessness, when days are measured by unfolding memories and meaningful experiences. We stay in private havens that allow the space and time to reflect, absorb, and appreciate the beauty and diversity of the destination. Kat, a culinary anthropologist, and Paolo, native son of Bologna, host small groups of 8 to 10 guests for week-long immersive travel.
The focus is on the cuisine and cultural creativity of Italy.
